Toddler Program

(16month-2.5years)

The GCMS Toddler Program provides a nurturing educational experience designed to foster independence, language, cognitive skills, social-emotional growth, and motor development, all within the framework of Christian education. We believe that the first three years of a child’s life are crucial for their formative development, during which children absorb countless impressions from their environment as they grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In our toddler classroom, children benefit from an uninterrupted Montessori work cycle delivered by qualified Montessori educators. This is complemented by inquiry-based STEAM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics, and Music), facilitated by registered early childhood educators. Our curriculum incorporates elements of gifted education, encouraging high-order thinking and creativity, enabling children to explore their interests deeply while grounding them in Christian values.

Additionally, we prioritize fostering a love for reading from an early age. Children are introduced to a variety of literature and storytelling experiences that ignite their imagination and curiosity, including biblical stories that help instill moral lessons.

To ensure that their comprehensive developmental needs are met, students have access to our lush evergreen playground, where they can engage in physical activity and exploration.

To further enrich their experience, GCMS toddler students receive Musikgarten lessons with our music teacher. This holistic approach not only supports their developmental milestones but also instills a lifelong passion for learning, exploration, and a deep appreciation for the arts. Through our thoughtfully designed program, we empower our students to become independent learners and thoughtful, engaged citizens grounded in their faith.
